On a thoroughly awful night with strong winds and driving rain, we were still fortunate to have 56 players come along for the penultimate Prize Bingo Tea of the current Season. To all of them we send a very heartfelt thanks.
The prizes were well spread throughout the Hall and the refreshments were gratefully received an such a grim night. Once again, we burst the £500 figure with a magnificent £558.00 being collected towards the 166th Games which are getting closer every week.
Just the one Prize Bingo now before the big day - five weeks tonight on Wednesday 26th June but with the usual kick off at 7.30pm. Regulars will know what the half time treats include, so spread the word - they are worth coming for all on their own! We hope to smash the annual record for the sums raised and we are more than well on our way to achieving that. See you all there.
