Bumper crowd attends the first prize bingo since January
The loss of the February Prize Bingo due to the appalling weather ensured that a bumper crowd of 66 people packed in to the Church Hall tonight for the resumption of the fund raising series.
With prizes having an Easter theme ahead of the forthcoming Holiday weekend, and the treats on the plate following suit, the magnificent sum taken tonight was £464.10 Not sure where the 10p came from but it is all most welcome.
We hope that all of you had a brilliant night and have already put Wednesday 25th April in the diary. Thanks, as always, to everyone who assisted in keeping these nights at the forefront of the social calendar in the town and for being a major contributor to the continued good fortunes of the 162nd Famous Alva Games.
