In the light of the ever changing circumstances, would all Committee members please note that the meeting scheduled for Sunday 29th March at 7pm will not now take place. Details of how and when we will meet will be posted in due course. It is likely to be towards the end of April by which time we might have more and sufficient information to make the important decisions which are facing all Games.

Meantime, would all of our supporters please note that we continue to plan for the 164th Games in July but that we continue to monitor the situation, almost hourly, and will advise at the earliest opportunity should there be any change to the present arrangements.
