The Annual General Meeting of the Alva Games Committee will be held on Sunday 6th November 2016 at 7.15pm in St John Vianney Church Hall, 16 East Stirling Street, Alva to which all existing Committee members and any other persons having an interest in assisting the continuation of this great event are respectfully invited.

Any items of business relative to the AGM should be intimated in writing or by email to the Secretary not later than Wednesday 2nd November.
