Due to a number of the existing Committee members being unavailable to attend for a myriad of reasons, the Chairman has decided to postpone the AGM by 2 weeks by which time it is hoped that as many members as possible will be able to attend.

Accordingly, the AGM will now be held at 7pm on Sunday 9th November 2025 in the Cochrane Hall, Alva to which anyone with an interest in the future of the Games is warmly invited to attend.
