BBC Radio Scotland has announced that it will broadcast its "Main Event" programme live from the 150th Games between the hours of 2pm and 4pm. Hosted by former Scotland Rugby ace, John Beattie, the programme will feature a mixture of live event commentaries, reports and interviews with competitors, officials and spectators. This will provide a welcome and fitting boost to this year's celebrations.
