Tonight's Bingo Tea was a mixture of the happy and the sad. Sadness at the news that this was the first ever such night not under the auspices of the late Campbell Lyon but happiness that he would have been delighted by the turnout of 60 hardy souls on a bitterly cold night,that we had gone ahead notwithstanding the circumstances and by the raising the best part of £400 for the 160th Games.

These nights just go from better to better still and this was surely a more than fitting tribute to Campbell and all that he represented. Thanks to all who came along. Next month is on Wednesday 23rd March. Prizes will have an Easter theme.
