The Annual General Meeting of the Alva Games Committee will take place on Sunday 28th October 2012 at 7.15pm within St John Vianney Church Hall, East Stirling Street, Alva. The meeting is open to all existing committee members and to any one who has an interest in helping to maintain the last surviving Games held in Clackmannanshire as the focal point of the summer.

Any items relevant to the AGM which are to be included on the agenda should be intimated in writing to the Secretary not later than Wednesday 24th October 2012.
