The Annual General Meeting of the Alva Games Committee will be held in St John Vianney Church Hall, 16 East Stirling Street, Alva on the date and at the time shown above.  All existing Committee members and any other interested parties are welcome to attend. Any items of business which are relevant to the AGM must be intimated, in writing, to the Secretary not later than Wednesday 25th October.  

The 2017 Games were a success because of the application and dedication of the Committee members, helpers and volunteers and a full turnout at the AGM would be a good start to the preparations for the 162nd Games next July.
