The Annual General Meeting of the Alva Games Committee will be held on Sunday 27th October 2013 at 7.15pm in St John Vianney Church Hall, 16 East Stirling Street, Alva. The meeting is open to all existing Committee members and to any other persons who have an interest in continuing the last surviving Open Games held in the county.

The meeting will receive reports from the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer and all office bearers and committee members are eligible for re-election for a period of one year. Any items of business pertinent to the AGM should be intimated in writing to the Secretary not later than Wednesday 23rd October 2013.
